COVID - The Next Step: Igniting a World-Wide Scientific and Economic Renaissance

LIVE every Thursday at 9pm Eastern, 6pm Pacific - Guests — Jason Ross, LaRouche PAC Science Team - Dave Christie, LaRouche PAC Northwest Coordinator — Host, Dennis Speed, LaRouchePAC NYC — Tonight’s Fireside Chat focuses on the way out of our present crisis, what huge and wondrous changes must occur on the other side of this first “curve,” of death and inordinate suffering. Jason Ross and Dave Christie will sketch both the nature of COVID-19 and how we build humanity’s defenses against new and even more deadly outbreaks – a massive renaissance of scientific discovery and building of health and other infrastructure made possible if the four great economies of the world, Russia, China, India, and the United States, now fight this plague together rather than listening to their crazed imperial geopoliticians who counsel war, pessimism, and death.

Lyndon LaRouche demonstrated that this virus, like other epidemics, was born from deliberate underdevelopment of the biosphere, our toleration of inhumane poverty in the world. President Trump on Tuesday, put a spotlight on the proof of what LaRouche said –the inordinate and deadly track of this virus through the African-American and other minority and poor communities here. Trump condemned the disparity as completely unacceptable. But we won’t win this war if we don’t fight it also in the underdeveloped areas of the world just now being hit, a wave which will migrate right back here.

The lack of hospitals, supplies, medical personnel here and in the world, are all deliberate policies, authored by Milton Friedman, the father of the modern fascist neo-liberal economics embraced by both U.S. political parties before the virus hit. Lyndon LaRouche fought Friedman and his ilk his whole life. Now, to restart our economy and the world, LaRouche’s principles and creative modes of thought remain our best and most powerful weapons. Join us for tonight’s discussion.
