In observance of Cosmonautics Day, which recalls the first manned space flight, by Yuri Gagarin on April 12, 1961, Russian Deputy Prime Minister Dmitri Rogozin wrote an article published Friday in the government paper Rossiyskaya Gazeta, outlining Russia's future space exploration plans. Russia's federal space program for 2016-2025 is to have more research projects, he said.
