February 4, 2009 (LPAC)--A resolution calling for the immediate implementation of the Homeowner and Bank Protection Act, originally drafted by Lyndon LaRouche in August 2007, was introduced into the South Carolina House of Representatives on February 3. The resolution, HR 3403, was filed by Rep. Leon Howard (D-76) of Colombia, SC.

Howard, the sponsor of the resolution, is the current chair of the Medical, Military, Public, and Municipal Affairs Committee of the SC Legislature. South Carolina is a state wracked by depression conditions, with skyrocketing unemployment, and state budgetary problems.
