Orange, New Jersey, Endorses Homeowners and Banks Protection Act

On Wednesday, Feb. 6, the city of Orange, in Essex County, became the fifth New Jersey city to vote up a call to Congress to pass LaRouche's HBPA. Three other cities in Essex County, Newark, East Orange, and Irvington, have also passed the HBPA.
