Send to friendJanuary 10, 2007 (LPAC)--On January 8th, Brownsville, TX, passed and adopted a Homeowner and Bank Protection Act resolution. A PDF version of the signed resolution can be found here.
Ironically, the founder of the now bankrupt Citi-Bank (known then as First National City Bank), Charles Stillman, founded Brownsville, Texas as well.
