According to the Houston Chronicle's tally of vote from the secretary states office Kesha Rogers is the victor of the 22nd district of Texas despite vile and bitter efforts by a handful of Obama faithfuls to smear her, though their efforts definitely suppressed the democratic vote total, by demoralizing democratic voters.
