The Sun is again in its "moody" mode, where it has many sunspots, but they're all very weak. All, except the periodic mega-spots, like the one rotating towards the Earth now. Terrestrial weather is also "moody," where all the major atmospheric modes are now in their neutral phases, making long-term forecasts very tricky.
