Lyndon LaRouche sent the following pre-recorded video message to the March 20, 2012 conference on "A Nuclear World War Can Make Us Extinct; We Must Evolve to an Economy of the Noosphere," held in an auditorium of the Mexican Senate building in downtown Mexico City. The four-hour event was co-sponsored by the LaRouche Citizens Movement and the Mexican Senate, and drew a crowd of some 150 participants, half of whom were students and other youth.
