Lyndon LaRouche delivered these remarks, on the "Plan for War," to a grouping of strategists of international standing, August 2nd.

A fundamental shift has occurred internationally which could very well mean death to the British Empire, and the LaRouche movement internationally has been at the center of it.

A qualitative shift has occurred with the revelations that the Obama Administration had at least 48 hours advanced notice that an attack was likely to occur on the U.S. consulate in Benghazi. Obama is now criminally complicit in the murders of a U.S. Ambassador and three other U.S. citizens serving in Libya. Congress' formerly scheduled departure from D.C.

Lyndon LaRouche issued the following remarks regarding the breaking developments coming out of Britain and their proposal that the United States join them in establishing a classical Glass-Steagall banking reorganization of the transatlantic financial system immediately.
