The San Francisco Bay region is among the leading targets for the outbreak of major earthquakes comparable to a level of as much as that of Japan. The possibility of life-protecting measures taken with potentially available forewarning are possible; but, those preparations will not be made under President Barack Obama’s stated policies, and people will not be evacuated in time to save lives as long as he is president.
