LAROUCHEPAC:
Lyndon LaRouche commented that Chicago mayor Richard Daley's decision not to run again will drive Obama wild, with its suggestion that his Chief of Staff, Rahm Emanuel, will leave him to campaign for Mayor of Chicago. Financial Times Washington bureau chief Ed Luce headlines Wednesday's column, "Disaster Looms at the Polls as President Finally Eyes Economy." He ends it by writing, "While Mr. Obama is rearranging the deckchairs on the Titanic, his fellow Democrats are putting on dresses and heading for the lifeboats."
Obama provoked more questions about his sanity when he went to Cleveland for an almost hour-long Jeremiad against House Minority Leader Boehner, who had demanded two weeks ago, also in Cleveland, that Obama fire Summers and Geithner. It was already clear that the narcissistic White House cabal had been badly stung by Boehner's call; after today, one can only guess what the level of hysteria was in that looney-bin. Maybe they thought Boehner was with LaRouche!
