LAROUCHEPAC:
Yesterday, the U.S. House of Representatives Committee on Standards of Official Conduct Adjudicatory Subcommittee presented its statement of alleged violations carried out by Rep. Charlie Rangel, after a concerted effort by the Obama White House and the Democratic Leadership to pressure the Congressman to plead guilty had failed. The text of Congressman Rangel's statement of response to the Committee's statement of alleged violations appears in full below.
Lyndon LaRouche stated yesterday that the decision to go forward with this attack on Rep. Rangel may prove to be the doom of Obama. Other people, who are involved in this operation against Rangel, may be culpable, but the blame for this atrocity is largely that of Obama. This may be a crucial development in bringing Obama down. Obama's hatred of Rangel goes back to 2008, when Rangel supported Hillary Clinton. Obama never forgave him. The Congressmen supporting this operation know what they are doing and therefore don't deserve to serve in government at any level.
This operation is implicitly pure racism. It is time to throw Obama out of office. It is one more reason why it is necessary to throw Obama out of office now.
Even as Obama was attempting to launch a lynch mob against Rangel, his racism was manifest both in his comments on the talk show The View, which was aired on Thursday, as well as in his appearance before the National Urban League, where he arrogantly defended his racist educational policy.
On The View, he was asked about his background, specifically the fact that his father is black and his mother white. Obama proceeded to say of African-Americans: "We are sort of a mongrel people." The narcissist-in-chief lamely claimed that he was not worried about himself, but about other Americans, even as he pursues policies designed to kill them and destroy their minds, and even though he was appearing on The View because he is concerned about his increasing unpopularity.
Earlier in the week, on July 26, a report was issued by the National Urban League, the NAACP, Lawyers Committee for Civil Rights and Law, NAACP Legal Defense and Educational Fund, Inc., National Council for Educating Black Children, Rainbow PUSH Coalition, and Schott Foundaiton for Public Education, rejecting the Obama education policy as a violation of civil rights. The report goes so far as to say that the President's Racist at the Top program reverses what civil rights organizations fought for and achieved in 1965. The reports says that this program "reinstates the antiquated and highly politicized frame for distributing federal support to states that civil rights organizations fought to remove in 1965. With the creation of the ESEA as part of President Lyndon B. Johnson's War on Poverty, the federal government took the first steps toward requiring an equitable distribution of funding among states."
The civil rights organizations also opposed the President's overemphasis on charter schools and his proposed school-turnaround program, which allows districts to close schools, fire teachers, and replace principals in poorly performing schools, a policy which is also opposed by the American Federation of Teachers.
Today, appearing before the National Urban League, Obama completely put down what he identified as "some controversy" over his plans, and some "criticism from civil rights" groups. He summed up his remarks with a sweeping claim to His Greatness, saying that, "fixing what's broken is not easy—not in health care, not on Wall Street, not in education," but we will proceed under "the fierce urgency of now."
As Lyndon LaRouche commented, Obama's education policy is another one of Obama's moral and intellectual abnormalities. Emperor Nero strikes again.
