Another Obama Crime Against Humanity: Hands U.S. Waters to WWF

With his Executive Order, "Stewardship of the Ocean, Our Coasts, and the Great Lakes," issued on July 19, President Obama has ordered that management of U.S. waters be carried out according to the fascist environmentalist criteria demanded by the British Crown's genocidal WWF. The Executive Order, in fact, was hailed by the WWF-U.S. hours before it was released, as a "historic step" towards implementing "a policy [which] has long been a top priority for the World Wildlife Fund."

U.S. statesman Lyndon LaRouche denounced this oceans-grab as the latest crime against humanity perpetrated by this usurper President. "Obama has now announced his intention to commit another crime against humanity. His health care policy was a crime against humanity. His 'cap and trade' initiative is a crime against humanity. It's very difficult to find something that the President has done, in his leading policies, which is not a crime against humanity," LaRouche declared.

The EO establishes a National Ocean Council within the government, tasked with implementing the "recommendations" of an interagency taskforce Obama created a year ago. The taskforce's recommendations, released also on July 19, asserts that outline a program for declaring huge swathes of U.S. waters and floodplains to be virtual ecological nature parks, off-limits to human activity. For the first time, there will be "a coordinated system for managing America's oceans, coasts and Great Lakes," the WWF proclaimed.

And how does the WWF want to see those vital resources managed? The WWF's "Global Freshwater Programme" is dedicated to reducing human use of water, in general, and specifically in agriculture. It functions as a hit-squad to prevent construction of any new water management programs globally, and to take down those already built; stop transfers between water basins; shut down desalination (which these lunatics dub the "new dams" of today); shift irrigation strategies to "conserving" water; and discourage water use by turning control over water to the "markets"—i.e., to the WWF oligarchs—so that water costs too much for human beings to use. They even propose establishing a market for using or trading "water allocation rights" (perhaps to be named "piss and trade"?)

This from the same people whose deliberate actions have destroyed the eco-system of the Gulf of Mexico. WWF Chairman Emeritus, William Reilly, co-chair of the "independent" commission appointed by Obama to cover up British Petroleum's destruction of the Gulf, wrote in Politico last April 22: "in the absence of action by Congress, President Barack Obama instructed an interagency task force to craft an oceans policy that can be implemented by executive order."

Call it fascism by fiat.
