At the beginning of 2010, LaRouche PAC organizers, led by the Basement Project, conducted a series of classes, in order to present the main aspects of the LaRouche Plan. This is a programmatic approach to saving the United States, and therefore the entirety of human civilization, from its current economic breakdown spiral. The pinnacle of the LaRouche Plan is the human colonization of Mars. Transcontinental rail, resource development, power generation, and health care are some of the areas of what must be US national policy, but which must be informed by creating human habitats in space. This course series is a requirement for mastering economist LaRouche's Plan to save civilization!
