LAROUCHEPAC:
A report issued by Philip Alston, the UN special rapporteur on extrajudicial killings, condemned the U.S. for killing "many hundreds" of civilians with its un-manned drone attacks in Pakistan, and asserted that these attacks carry a "significant risk of becoming war crimes." Alston correctly pointed to the psychotic nature of CIA officers sitting in the US, using video cameras and computers to launch bombs from the drones, calling it a "Playstation mentality to killing." The 2007 article "Video Games and The Wars of the Future" in the LaRouche PAC pamphlet, "Is the Devil in your Laptop?" documented the mass brainwashing of youth through video games, creating just such a "Playstation mentality to kill."
Alston's report says that "Intelligence agencies which by definition are determined to remain unaccountable except to their own paymasters, have no place in running programs that kill people in other countries."
LaRouche commented that any American involved in such an operation is potentially subject to execution for crimes against humanity. There is no excuse. If Obama condones it, that is sufficient not only to force him out of office, but also to put him before a Nuremberg trial. He may gladly submit, since he seems to be intent on committing suicide. You cannot play God against humanity. To go after a legitimate target on a field of battle is one thing. But to go to another country, to choose individual targets for assassination, is a crime against humanity and is subject to the ultimate penalty
