LAROUCHEPAC:

US-Russian Treaty a Compromise
April 9, 2010 • 5:49AM

Lyndon LaRouche responded yesterday to the signing of a new treaty by the US and Russia for the Reduction and Limitation of Strategic Offensive Arms, which was accompanied by the assertion on the part of the Russians, that, if the U.S. implemented an anti-missile defense system, the Russians would withdraw from the treaty (as per Article 14), and by Russian opposition to the imposition of sanctions on Iran that were intended to bring about regime change or would harm the population. LaRouche said that it is obvious that the Russians do not trust the U.S. The present policies of the United States under both the previous Bush administration and now under Obama, are not trustworthy. LaRouche said: "If I were a Russian, I wouldn't trust the U.S. either under Bush or Obama as President."

LaRouche said that when he proposed the SDI, we had Russian agreement on it. It was the honest intention on the part of the U.S. government to reach an agreement on an approach to eliminating mutually assured destruction, which would be to the mutual benefit of both sides. All of the negotiations were working on an understanding of a mutual agreement for mutual benefit, until Andropov intervened.

Now, no one will trust the Obama government. "I wouldn't trust an Obama government," LaRouche said. Its fascist character is clear. It doesn't have a peaceful intention. There is no crime beyond the Obama government, because it is a puppet of the British Empire, which is the master of the drug traffic being used against the Russians. Thus, the Russians can't justly trust the U.S. When we get a decent Presidency and Congress, we can deal with this situation.

But there is also a problem on the Russian side. If Russia is allied with the British Empire, it is allying against us, the U.S. The British Empire is the enemy of the U.S. Allying with the British against us is a mistake. It is the equivalent of going to bed with an enemy with a knife and trying to go to sleep.

In fact, neither side can trust the other. In view of the fact that the Obama administration is committed to a policy of killing its own citizens, in imitation of Hitler, who can trust the Obama government? Under Obama, the U.S. is the enemy of civilization and the Congress has lost its brains. On the other hand, you can't trust the Russians. They are tied up with the British. Russians are the victims of drugs and terrorism run by the British against them, and yet are allied with the same British against the U.S.

We can't trust them and they can't trust us. Therefore, the relationship, including this treaty, is a compromise. We can't trust each other, so we make do with what we can do. It is a compromise under conditions in which Russia is tied to the British against us, and the U.S. under Obama is a puppet of the same British. When some British drug pushers end up hanging from a lamp post, then we can trust each other.

In this context, Lyn said it is time for leading people in the world to grow up and stop behaving like children.
