LAROUCHEPAC:
Upon hearing of President Obama's superficially self-critical comments about the current problems with his Nazi healthcare agenda, Lyndon LaRouche issued an immediate warning: "Don't let our guard down. We must be absolutely ruthless. Obama is going to try to jam the healthcare bill through. He's simply acting as a poisonous snake would, trying to quiet down the opposition so he can catch them unawares."
The President knows that, as of now, both versions of the health care bill are dead, but he hasn't given up. He's laying back to try to figure out how to get around that fact.
Obama's alleged self-criticism came in an exclusive interview with ABC's George Stephanopolous, of which excerpts have been released to the press. Obama is quoted saying that he won't try to "jam" the health bill through in the wake of losing the Democratic 60-vote majority in the Senate, through the Scott Brown election. He then goes on:
"If there's one thing that I regret this year is that we were so busy just getting stuff done and dealing with the immediate crises that were in front of us that I think we lost some of that sense of speaking directly to the American people about what their core values are, and why we have to make sure those institutions are matching up with those values.
"That I do think is a mistake of mine," Obama said.
"I think, you know, what they [the people-ed.] ended up seeing is this feeling of remoteness and detachment where there's these technocrats up here making decisions. Maybe some of them are good, maybe some of them aren't, but do they really get us and what we're going through?"
He's right, but we can't believe he's sincerely telling the truth for a minute, LaRouche said. "I know his nature better than he knows himself."
