LPAC's Obama Mustache Continues To Inspire Fight Against Nazi Health Care

KCBS, the CBS affiliate in San Francisco, and Associated Press gave totally straight coverage of the LYM and LaRouchePAC, featuring the Obama moustache. The KCBS/AP story entitled, "Health Care Debate Heated in San Francisco," says:

"Many people here in the Bay Area are keeping a close eye on the historic debate on Capitol Hill, as the plan to overhaul America's health care system enters a crucial phase. On Saturday, tensions boiled over at an annual health care event in San Francisco.

"Outside the annual grass roots gathering words were exchanged on where the so-called reform is headed. That's where Tarrajana Dorsey, a Lyndon LaRouche supporter handed out literature with a Hitler mustache attached to a picture of President Obama. 'A lot of people invested hope in Obama, as well as me,' said Dorsey. 'I hoped that he would be something different than Bush, and especially Cheney.'

"New York Congressman Eric Massa (D) told a crowd of near 200 that health reform legislation has once again bowed to the big insurance companies.

"'I think we're going in the wrong direction,' said Massa. 'I think we're going aggressively and irrevocably in the wrong direction, so I voted against the bill.'

"The House and Senate have a big job ahead turning competing legislation into one bill...."

In New York State's Hudson Valley, a Dec. 21 article in the local paper, the News Journal, also featured a post office site where organizers were "displaying photos of Barack Obama with a Hitler mustache and protesting the administration's health care and climate change initiatives....

"'We're getting people who are very open to what we're doing,' [Tony] Esposito [of Philadelphia] said. 'They're looking for leadership, and they're supporting us.'"

The newspaper quotes a local resident who said he "had no problem" with the Obama moustache: "He ran on one set of principles, and he's completely changed."
