November 19, 2009 (LPAC)—Informed Washington sources report that President Obama had various macho plans for his recently concluded visit to China, including bullying his hosts about their economic policy, and the need to revalue their currency. But Obama was told by some of his own advisors that he should cool it, since China pretty much owns the United States, through its large holdings of U.S. Treasury bills, and could do major damage to the Obama Presidency, if they so chose.
Obama instead opted for demonstrating his insanity in an interview with Fox TV in China, in which he fantasized that the U.S. economic "recession" was over, and that his concern had been to "make sure we didn't slip into a Great Depression," but that "We've gotten that job done."
Kind of reminds you of former President George W. Bush's famous remark about Iraq, "Mission accomplished!" — right before the entire region blew up under his nose, courtesy of the British Empire.
