As was presented elsewhere on this website, the NAWAPA program, if seen correctly, represents the choice to take responsibility for the destiny of all life on Earth, and it is a foretaste of what is yet to come, the managed extension of life into the rest of our solar system and beyond, a future that can only be ushered in by man.

Schiller Institute Chairwoman, Helga Zepp-LaRouche, recorded the following audio statement for a conference that was supposed to take place in Haiti on Nov. 18th. Unfortunately, because of the conditions on the ground, the conference was postponed.
