July 8, 2009 (LPAC)--The members of the National Surface Transportation Infrastructure Financing Commission, which has called for taxing drivers by the mile driven, are "clinically and criminally insane," Lyndon LaRouche stated today. The Commission's report, which we reported on here (http://www.larouchepac.com/node/10959), reflects both abysmal incompetence on economic matters and a shockingly fascist mind-set.
