American Indian Chiefs Call Obama `A Walking Eagle'…

July 25, 2008 (LPAC)—For your amusement and edification we provide you a posting by Asian4Hillary from the PUMA PAC blog’s “Denver Open Thread”:

“Obama has a meeting in a town hall with a thousand American Indians. He talks, and talks, and talks some more, without really saying anything. Someone in the crowd says, `You sound like a Walking Eagle!' Everyone claps, and says, `Yes , yes, you do!' He [Obama] gets all puffed up, and continues his monotonous speech, how he will change things, and how he will make this country a better place to live. He is standing proud; after all, they did call him a `Walking Eagle.' Finally, after shaking some hands, he leaves. A reporter comes up to one of the leaders of the meeting and says, `Wow, you guys must really be impressed--you said he was a `Walking Eagle.' The chief says, “Yes, we did, and he is.” The reporter asked him, `By the way, what does a walking eagle mean in your native language?' The chief smiles, and shakes his head. and tells him, `An eagle that is so full of shit, he can't fly!' ”
