Obama's Other Reverend; Is Obama "Losing It"?

May 30, 2008 (LPAC)--Has Obama and his campaign lost its collective mind? After coming out of Obama's recent London meeting and fundraiser, not only, conclusively, has Obama's campaign taken money from very questionable sources and people, but now Obama has been forced to distance himself from yet another racist preacher.

Last Sunday, Rev. Michael Pfleger, a white Roman Catholic priest who has been a friend of Barack Obama and the Rev. Jeremiah Wright for 20 years was the guest preacher at Obama's Trinity United Church of Christ in Chicago. During his sermon Pfleger launched into a racial tirade against Hillary Clinton:

"When Hillary was crying, and people said that was put on, I really don't believe it was put on. I really believe that she just always thought, `This is mine. I'm Bill's wife. I'm white, and this is mine. I just gotta get up and step into the plate.' Then out of nowhere, `I'm Barack Obama!'

Imitating Hillary's response, screaming at the top of his lungs again, he continued, `Ah, damn! Where did you come from? I'm white! I'm entitled! There's a black man stealing my show!'

As in the case of Jeremiah Wright, the Rev. Michael Pfleger is a long-time associate of Obama. In 2001, as a state senator Obama steered a grant of $225,000 to fund programs at Pfleger's St. Sabina Roman Catholic Church on the South Side of Chicago according to the Chicago Tribune. According to the Chicago Sun Times, in 2004, Obama said that Pfleger was one of his friends and advisers who helped him keep his "moral compass set."

Now, it might be good for Obama to distance himself from George Soros and Rupert Murdoch as well.
