March 30, 2008 (LPAC)--LaRouche Youth Movement leader Quincy O' Neal, the Vice Chairman of the African American Caucus in California (elected in 2007), brought forth Lyndon LaRouche's solutions while speaking to the floor of the California State Convention, during a panel on immigration yesterday. Quincy laid out the need for an alliance of sovereign nation states guided under the principle of the "Treaty of Westphalia". He went on and asserted, "Our problem is the British system of free trade". The audience--about one thousand people--cheered and applauded, rattling the heads of those enemies of the United States, the perverse patch of freaks known as the Anglo-Dutch oligarchy. Thereafter, the Chairman of the Democratic Party of California, Art Torres, told the packed hall of citizens, "Now you know why he [O'Neal] was elected."
