February 15, 2008 (LPAC) -- In the wake of the Societe Generale affair it is imperative that Paris, now second to London in Europe, become a major international financial center, said former French Economics Minister Edmond Alphandéry, former head of "Europlace" Arnaud de Bresson, and Xavier Rolet, CEO of Lehman Brothers France. in a commentary published today in Le Figaro. To make Paris more competitive, they propose to create an incubator outside Paris where hedge funds and other financial parasites can be hatched. French sources note that one of France's most famous fascists, Synarchist banker Felix Rohatyn, joined Lehman Brothers in 2006, and heads its international advisory committee. This project smells like a Rohatyn project.
