January 7, 2008 (LPAC)--The Fifth resolution in Texas, demanding congressional action on the Homeowners and Bank Protection Act (HBPA), passed on Febuary 5th 2008. A member of the City Commision commented that this is a humanitarian issue and therefore the HBPA should be passed.
