January 23, 2008 (LPAC)--On Tuesday, January 22, 2008, the city of Port Isabel Texas unanimously passed the Homeowners and Bank Protection act. This is the fourth local government body in the Texas Rio Grande Valley (see list of States in Which the Resolution Has Been Passed) urging the congress of the United States to enact the Homeowners and Bank Protection Act. The financial collapse is on full force and the pressure demanding action is rising fast.
