City of London Losing, Even After Draining U.S. of Dollars

October 17, 2007 (LPAC)--The loss/gain ratio in London banking
operations has risen to 80/20, that is 80 percent losses, only 20
percent gains, according to a well-informed German banking
source.

This is despite reports of substantial sums moving from New
York to London, especially during the month of August, creating a
worsening balance of payments situation for the U.S. The U.S.
needs a daily inflow of $2 billion to stay out of the red.
